• The surface to be painted must be undercoated with Uniprimer. Dilute Uniprimer with 20-25% of clean water by volume, and apply to the surface as a single coat, using a roller.
• The complete drying time is 24 hours.
• Once the undercoat is completely dry, apply Metalium Effect to the surface.
• Before the application, mix A and B components in an empty container for about 3 minutes. While still mixing the product, add the metal powder slowly.
• Keep mixing the products till they become homogeneous.
• After mixing the product, it must be applied to the surface in 30 minutes, otherwise, it will harden and be difficult to apply.

• Apply to the surface using a steel trowel and give the desired pattern.
• Once the surface hardens, start the sanding process.
• The complete drying time is 48 hours.
• There are three sanding processes. A total of 8 different sandpapers are used, from coarse to fine;

-Sandpapers used in the first step: 220, 320, and 400.

-Sandpapers used in the second step: 500 and 800.

-Sandpapers used in the third step: 1500, 3000, and 6000

• The first and second steps are applied at minimum speed.
• The third step is applied at high speed.
• After every sanding step, the dust must be cleaned from the surface.
• If the desired polishing is achieved, clean the surface using a dry cloth.
• To achieve a brighter look on the surface, Metalium Effect Wax is applied to the surface.
• For a more effective shine and reflection on the surface, take the Metalium Effect Wax product on the sandpaper with the help of a spatula, and polish the entire surface.
• The temperature of the application environment must be kept between +5°C and +35°C during application and for 24 hours afterward.

• The touch dry time is 24 hours between 23°C / 73.4°F
• The complete drying time is 48 hours between 23°C / 73.4°F

Depending on surface smoothness, porosity, and application methods; coating consumption (including A, B, and C components and metal powder) an area of
• 0,50 – 0,670 m² is painted with 1 kg of product.
• The paint consumption for 1 m² area is 1500 – 2000 gr.
• Metalium Effect Wax consumption is (50-60) gr / m².

• Surfaces to be painted must be free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, scaling paint. After removing any kind of defect, the surface should be fixed with SAN DECO ACRYLIC PUTTY INTERIOR and undercoated with SAN DECO UNIPRIMER.
