Teramix Hydro Ultra

TERAMIX is an acrylic emulsion-based, grain textured decorative coating.

FEATURES

– Manufactured in 2 mm size.

– Since it is more elastic compared to cement-based products, it acts as a bridge in the cracks on the application surface.

– It is not affected by the cracks that may occur as a result of the settlement of the buildings.

– It covers the defects on the surface due to the thick film layer it creates during the application.

– It is not affected by weather conditions such as rain, snow, humidity, extreme heat, or extreme cold.

– Colors do not fade.

– It is resistant to UV and alkali.

– Thanks to its water vapor permeability, it allows water vapor to be expelled and the surface to breathe.

– It does not harm human health and nature since it is water-based.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Mix Teramix Hydro Ultra until it achieves a homogenous consistency without diluting.
Apply Teramix Hydro Ultra in a single coat using a trowel.
Adjust the application thickness according to the largest texture stones found in the product.
Texture the surface using a plastic spatula with circular motions.
The application environment must be kept between +5°C to +35°C (41 ℉ and 95 ℉) within 24 hours during and after the application.

DRYING TIME

The touch dry time is 4-6 hours at 23°C / 73.4°F.
The complete drying time is 24 hours at 23°C / 73.4°F.

THEORETICAL CONSUMPTION

Depending on surface smoothness, porosity, and application methods, for a single coat application;

-1 lt covers 1,00 – 1,30 m² of the surface,
-1 kg covers 0,65– 0,75 m² of the surface,
-The paint consumption for 1 m² area is 950 -1000 ml and 1400 – 1500 gr.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces to be painted must be free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, scaling paint. After removing any kind of defect, the surface should be fixed with San Deco Acrylic Putty Exterior.
Previously painted surfaces or surfaces that will be painted must be undercoated with San Deco Uniprimer.
We recommend using the same color of undercoat as the selected siding color.
